| 1.

The vehicle may be used for private purposes on both public and non-public roads.
|
| 2.
|
When driving on main public roads, byways, field tracks or forested land, the Renter undertakes to observe all regulations applicable on respective areas and all consequences resulting from breach of said regulations and generally accepted rules concerning said areas will be suffered by the Renter.
|
| 3.
|
The Renter should be a holder of a motor car driving license (B or B1 category) and be at least 18 years old. The above requirements do not apply to passenger.
|
| 4.
|
An underage person may rent a vehicle only in presence of his/her parents or legal guardians and on their own responsibility.
|
| 5.
|
The Renter must present his/her national ID card for the purpose of personal identification and a bank credit or debit card.
|
| 6.
|
The rental is held in a 24-hour cycle (from the moment of the vehicle hand-over); exceeding of the agreed rental period by more than one hour shall result in charging the Renter with the cost of rental for another 24-hour period.
|
| 7.
|
The Renter shall be obliged to abstain absolutely from alcohol and/or other intoxicants before or during driving the vehicle.
|
| 8.
|
A maximum of two persons may ride on a vehicle at a time. The driver (Renter) shall take full responsibility (financial and legal) for safety and possible damage (accident, collision, sinking, flooding) of the vehicle as well as for any possible damage to his/her and the passenger's health resulting from failure to observe provisions of the Road Code, Penal Code, Civil Code as well as other generally applicable and local regulations.

Before a ride, both the driver and the passenger are obliged to wear safety helmets, available from Pro Rent Ltd. on demand at no additional charge.

| 10.
|
Each Renter shall go through a training in scope of the vehicle operation and driving.
|
| 11.
|
All vehicles are covered with a Civil Liability insurance policy.
|
| 12.
|
The Renter undertakes to return the vehicle in non-damaged condition, with complete equipment and washed clean. In case of a vehicle requiring a thorough wash, the Renter shall be charged with cost of wash and repair of possible damage revealed in the course of washing.

| 13.
|
For damages resulting from the vehicle use for purposes other than intended (the vehicles are supposed to be used for tourist use and not for competitive riding - any jumps and paddling in water or mud deeper than 15 cm [6 in] are prohibited) and exceeding normal tear and wear, i.e. missing or replaced parts, as well as damage and devastation resulting from improper operation and maintenance, the Renter will be charged with full cost of repair and spare parts as per the dealer's price list (damages to side mirrors, headlights and rear lights, vehicle chassis, engine, gearbox, as well as damages in the vehicle's interior and, in particular, damaged tyres and wheel rims shall be replaced or repaired at the Renter's sole expense). Lost keys will be charged PLN 150; lost vehicle registration document will be also charged PLN 150.

| 14.

The vehicle may be driven exclusively by the person named in the rental agreement.
|
| 15.
|
The Renter shall be held fully responsible for entrusting the vehicle to a third person.
|
| 16.
|
The vehicle rented out to the Renter must not be used: for transport of people or goods in the form of sub-rental; for towing other vehicles; for transport of object that can damage the vehicle or exceeding its carrying capacity; in races, rallies or sport motor competitions; in a way infringing customs, road traffic and any other applicable regulations; and outside territory of the Republic of Poland, without written consent of the Hirer.

The Renter must not leave keys and/or registration documents in the vehicle.
|
| 18.
|
In case of a vehicle being lost together with documents and a complete set of keys or participation in a collision with the driver under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, hallucinogenic drugs or other intoxicants, the Renter shall take the full financial and legal responsibility for lost or damaged vehicle.

| 19.
|
In case of the vehicle being damaged or the vehicle or the vehicle's documents lost through a fault of the Renter or the vehicle not being returned before agreed time for any other reasons, the paid deposit and the rental fee shall be taken over by Pro Rent Ltd., and the Renter shall be obliged to cover all costs arising in that situation.

| 20.

If the vehicle was damaged as a result of road collision through no fault of the Renter, it shall be absolutely necessary to call the Police to the accident site and notify Pro Rent Ltd. accordingly; in that case the deposit shall be repaid upon the Insurance Company's confirmation concerning identification of the accident perpetrator, liquidation of the damage from his/her insurance policy and closure of the case by the insurer.

| 21.

Any costs concerning damage to his/her own and third persons' health related to rental and/or use of Quad(s) shall be incurred by the Renter.
|
| 22.
|
The rental deposit amounts to PLN 1000.
|
| 23.
|
The Renter rents the vehicle on his/her own responsibility and risk. Neither the Renter not the passenger shall demand any compensation from Pro Rent Ltd. or make any claims in case of any damage to their health related to rental and/or use of the vehicle.
